Project Summary
OFMQ is the recipient of funding through by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) to combat substance use and opioid use disorders (SUD/OUD) in southcentral Oklahoma. This multiyear initiative addresses barriers to the prevention, treatment, and recovery of opioid and methamphetamine use disorders. Our consortium, the Southcentral Consortium for Overdose Prevention and Education in Oklahoma (SCOPE-OK), focuses on seven counties- Bryan, Carter, Garvin, Johnston, Love, Marshall, and Murray. SCOPE-OK will enhance and create the capabilities and utilization of informatics resources that track the opioid and methamphetamine epidemics while simultaneously improving prevention, treatment, and recovery services for individuals with SUD/OUD in the target area.
