Overdose Response

RCORP–Overdose Response strives to support improving health care in rural areas by addressing their immediate and short-term needs related to the provision of substance use disorder services. RCORP-Overdose Response aims to reduce and prevent the risk of overdoses in rural areas. Grantees receive up to $300,000 over a 12-month POP, to implement activities aligned with the following, overarching program goal: 

  • Establish and/or expand substance use disorder (SUD) prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery services in the target rural service area.
