Consortium Management Strategies for Maximum Impact Webinar Materials
Description:
This webinar familiarized participants with the “6-level Scaffold for Optimizing Your Consortium’s Impact," a framework to help users create the conditions necessary for effective, sustainable, and resilient collaboration. Each level of progression up the scaffold—from planning to execution, progress monitoring, and sustainability—reinforces and refines these conditions. The presenter discussed the ABCs of partner mapping, how health factors can inform your partnership roster, what strengths-based partner engagement looks like, and how to troubleshoot the inevitable challenges to consortium management. This interactive session provided opportunities for idea sharing and self-reflection and offered real-world solutions that have practical application for both novice and seasoned leaders and for partnerships across the developmental continuum.
