Our project is a collaborative effort with NMORC, MyMichigan Healthcare, and Munson Healthcare. This project incorporates telehealth services, telehub services, (including 24/7 telehealth support with CMH), and utilizes the screening tool SEEK-Safe Environment for Every Kid.

Wilson County Department of Social Services

Wilson County is working to address structural and systems-level barriers to improve rural residents' access to quality, integrated SUD and behavioral health care services that are evidence-based and trauma-informed.
