Unison BH IMPACT's purpose is to establish and/or expand coordinated and comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery services for adults, with a focus on justice-involved individuals, in Brantley, Pierce and Ware counties.

The primary objective of this proposed HRSA RCORP-Impact Project is for the Hope for a Drug Free Stephens Consortium and its partners to create the North Georgia Mountains Recovery Network.

Comeback E.R.A.

Form a network of community organizations to support the treatment and recovery for people with SUD including OUD. Focus areas include justice-involved populations, children and adolescents, and evolving threats related to SUD including fentanyl and xylazine.

Southern Healthcare Collaboration, Inc. (SHC) is a nonprofit agency working to support the rural healthcare provider clinical integration and network infrastructure, enabling the system to expand outreach and increase access to care for rural communities.

START-SD-Impact will work to expand comprehensive treatment and reentry support services at the rural target correctional facilities in South Dakota: the South Dakota Women's Prison, the Mike Durfee State Prison, and the Yankton Minimum Unit.
