Our project is a collaborative effort with NMORC, MyMichigan Healthcare, and Munson Healthcare. This project incorporates telehealth services, telehub services, (including 24/7 telehealth support with CMH), and utilizes the screening tool SEEK-Safe Environment for Every Kid.

Wilson County Department of Social Services

Wilson County is working to address structural and systems-level barriers to improve rural residents' access to quality, integrated SUD and behavioral health care services that are evidence-based and trauma-informed.

Safe Haven Ministries, Inc.

Our project endeavors to address the current need for substance use disorder (SUD) and mental illness (MI) treatment in rural Johnson County, Arkansas through four main initiatives. Each of our initiatives are directed by the following overarching goals: 1.
