Ampla Health's CSOE will provide access to prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery resources/services for individuals who are at risk for, have been diagnosed with, and/or are in treatment and/or recovery for SUD or OUD who reside in HRSA-designated rural areas.
Located within the rural counties (Barton and Dade) and the small town of Jasper in Southwest Missouri, our most vulnerable families, youth, and elderly are dragged into the destructive ways of opioids, trapped in a negative ORBIT, and are spiraling at a blistering speed toward utter devastation.
Recovery is Possible project will focus on providing after care services to the incarcerated tribal population within the Choctaw Nation reservation. Two case managers will serve north and south boundaries of the reservation, specifically embedded in Choctaw County and Haskell County jails.
