The Windham County Consortium On Substance Use (COSU) works across the span of prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery in order to understand and address the impacts of opioid and other substance use in Windham County. We seek bold, integrated and equitable responses.
The Initiative will implement the goals of the Stephens County Opioid Crisis Response Initiative and attack Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) head-on by reducing the prescription rate and use of opiates and controlled substances in Stephens County through 1) stakeholder and community engagement effort

To reduce morbidity, mortality and harm associated with opioid misuse and overdose in our communities by increasing immediate access to prevention, treatment and sustained recovery services.
