The Resilient Eight Rural Nevada Opioid Program-Implementation project is a collaborative effort of eight rural and frontier counties that builds off the success and groundwork established since receiving a Planning grant.

Community Care of West Virginia, Inc.

This project is addressing treatment prevention and long term recovery in North Central West Virginia. Specifically, the counties of Lewis, Braxton, Upshur and Southern Harrison.

Coastlands Ministries

Through the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program-Planning (RCORP-Planning) initiative, Project Lazarus enhanced partnerships with members from the AIDS Leadership Foothills-Area Alliance (ALFA), Acadia Healthcare- Mountain Health Solutions Wilkesboro Comprehensive Treatment Center (MHS), and

Coalition of Health Services, Inc.

COHS proposes to expand the reach of treatment model to address opioid use, enabling the 26 counties of the upper Texas Panhandle to effectively identify, monitor and treat individuals with Substance Use Disorder battling opioid addiction.

Chautauqua County

The strategic plan for this project seeks to address current gaps in services/access to care within Chautauqua County as identified through the consortium’ s assessment process, including:
• the need for even wider distribution of naloxone to prevent even more opioid overdose deaths;

To reduce morbidity, mortality and harm associated with opioid misuse and overdose in our communities by increasing immediate access to prevention, treatment and sustained recovery services.

Cady, Inc.

CADY, Inc., a regional community health leader focused on convening and connecting resources to address substance use, will spearhead the Central NH Community Opioid Response (CNH-COR) Coalition to mount a comprehensive community response to the opioid crisis.

Big Springs Medical Association, Inc.

The Southeast Missouri Opioid Taskforce uses a multi-tiered approach for county-level work, including developing and maintaining a resource database, as well as regional collaboration to maximize resources through initiatives such as shared training opportunities.

Baystate Franklin Medical Center

Many barriers exist to addressing opioid use disorder (OUD) across the prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery spectrum in Franklin County and the North Quabbin region.

Augusta University Research Institute

The Rural East Georgia Response to Opioids Program (REGROuP) provides a comprehensive approach to addressing SUD/OUD in 22 HRSA-designated rural counties in East Central Georgia.
