Kittitas County Health Network

Kittitas County is a rural county in Central Washington State. The service area and target populations have many barriers that prohibit access to health care. The Blewett, Manastash, and Snoqualmie Mountain passes border Kittitas County, which pose geographic barriers to accessing health care.

Indiana Rural Health Association

The InROC consortium brings together a multi-disciplinary team of law enforcement, healthcare providers, policy drivers, universities, media organizations and more to address the opioid crisis in our 14-county target area of Indiana. The goals of the project are as follows:

Family Health Centers

The Okanogan County Opioid Response Project will enable Family Health Centers to expand upon the pre-existing Opioid Treatment Network project by implementing OUD prevention and recovery support efforts in addition to increasing access to evidence-based methods for OUD treatment.

The grant project involves a partnership among four entities delivering services across a rural, four-county area of northern Ohio. The consortium includes the Erie County Health Department/Erie County Community Health Center, The Road to Hope, The LCADA Way, and Genesis by the Lake.

Southern Utah University

Under the RCORP-Planning Grant, Southern Utah University formed the Utah Rural Opioid Healthcare Consortium (UROHC) to combat the opioid epidemic in rural Utah. UROHC will continue this work now under the RCORP-Implementation Grant.
