In response to barriers to OUD treatment and improving access to OUD treatment to Tribal members, AI/AN, and the community, the Tribe plans to complete the following proposed activities: Purchase and distributing naloxone, fentanyl test strips and other relevant supplies within our target service
During the year period Lift CAA will work to improve access to, capacity for, and sustainability of prevention, treatment. and recovery services for SUD/OUD in rural Choctaw, McCurtain, and Pushmataha Counties.
The Cherokee County Health Services Council (CCHSC) Rural Community Opioid Response Program has made great strides in increasing knowledge, access, and care for individuals with SUD/OUD in northeastern Oklahoma. However, there is still much to be done.
Signature Health Inc. (SHI) will expand its Mobile Clinic initiative and improve capacity for opioid use disorder (OUD) and substance use disorder (SUD) telehealth and home-based treatments.
The overall goal of this project is to reduce morbidity and mortality of individuals who use opioids within high-risk rural communities in North Carolina (NC). We will work with five high-risk rural counties in NC to expand or enhance their current overdose prevention infrastructure.
The project goal is to reduce morbidity and mortality of opioid overdoses across Nye County, Nevada, by expanding a successful opioid use disorder/substance use disorder/co-occurring use disorder response model from Las Vegas into the first of many potential under-served rural areas.
