The RCORP-Overdose Response grant will expand FCRHC's workforce targeting SUD treatment by allowing FCRHC to hire a peer recovery specialist/case manager.

The START-SD-OR project aims to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with overdoses related to substance use in target communities among adults aged 18-54. This project will expand our current innovative START-SD program (Stigma, Treatment, Avoidance, and Recovery in Time).

This project will provides knowledgeable, relevant, and immediate responses through our experienced consortium in Northwestern Pennsylvania that positively impacts prevention, treatment and, recovery for individuals and families impacted by Substance Use Disorder/Opioid Use Disorder (SUD/OUD).

Cherokee County Health Services Council

The Cherokee County Health Services Council (CCHSC) Rural Community Opioid Response Program has made great strides in increasing knowledge, access, and care for individuals with SUD/OUD in northeastern Oklahoma. However, there is still much to be done.

Farnham, Inc.

Farnham Inc. is a not-for-profit agency providing solutions to the problems created by substance use with an uncompromising commitment to quality and professionalism. Farnham will lead the project with partnering agencies Desens House & Cayuga County Community Mental Health Center.

Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe

The FPST Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) aims to reduce the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in high-risk rural communities.

Washington County Memorial Hospital

This Overdose Response funding request will maintain this same overarching goal of existing RCORP efforts by continuing to allow network members to meet the needs of the rural population of Washington County.

Pike County Memorial Hospital

Pike County Memorial Hospital is focusing on integration of services to prevent overdoses of opioids and other drugs, improvement of healthcare delivery systems that increase access to naloxone in the service area to treat overdoses and provide ongoing treatment (MAT) for opioid and substance use
