Children's Dental Services

Opioids are the leading cause of Minnesota's overdose deaths increasing 17-fold over the past 20 years. Five rural, underserved counties collectively had a more than 10% increase in nonfatal opioid overdoses in 2020 compared to 2019.

Fairview Health Services

The project will facilitate no less than quarterly lunch-and-learn for GICH providers on topics related to SUD/OUD access, treatment, and best practices for women, birthing, and their families through training related to screening and referral tools, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed car

Arizona Youth Partnership

LAHMB will serve rural communities within Gila County in Arizona, specifically addressing the target tribal population living in the San Carlos Apache Reservation.

St. Luke Community Hospital And Nursing Home

Increase access to medication assisted treatment (MAT) and improve wrap around and integration of all services, including screening, intervention, and treatments at multiple patient contact points.

Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital

The Helping Impact Women and Youth (HIWAY) grant is overseen by the Coast to the Cascades Community Wellness Network (CCCWN) and was created to support prevention, treatment, and recovery services for substance use disorders (SUD) including opioid use disorder (OUD) in Lincoln County, Oregon.
